For my Bat Mitzvah project I am raising funds for Israel. This is a very difficult time for Israel and there are so many ways to help. My mom recently volunteered in Israel with JNF a few weeks ago and she inspired me to help in ways that I can. The funds that I raise are going towards the Resilience Program which helps Israel stay strong through building, restoring and providing services for people. I loved the idea because I learned that this program helped kids who couldn't have their bar/bat mitzvahs because of Oct 7th find ways to have their bar and bat mitzvah later and helped them do so.

(In the above thumbnail photo, you can see when I was last in Israel for the bar mitzvah of my cousin! Here we were at the Western Wall. It was a long time ago, we had the best time and I can't wait to go back.)
