Dear Friends and Family,
Tomorrow, I leave for Israel on an incredible brotherhood mission to Israel with 44 other doctors from around the United States.
Some of our amazing activities this year will include the Tel Hashomer rehab facility, medical guidance and support to active combat units, financial support to wounded soldiers and their families, as well as a group bar mitzvah for 10 boys currently in Kiryat Shmona by the Lebanese border.
Last year we raised $1.1M for similar projects in Israel. This year, with your help, we will raise $2.5M. Every penny raised goes to soldiers, hospitals, and communities in Israel.
Nobody likes raising money (or getting a colonoscopy), but this is important and necessary! Having been in Israel on Oct 7th and its aftermath, I believe we must do this for our brothers and sisters with full vigor and no apologies. For simplicity, all donations are through Jewish National Fund and are fully tax-deductible with a 501(c)(3) receipt provided. Without exception, all expenses of the trip are paid for by the guys attending.
