Some of my favorite memories have taken place in Israel. Picking fruit from the trees and playing with the animals on the kibbutz, touring the tunnels underneath Jerusalem, learning about the history of all religions, playing on the beaches of Tel Aviv. These are some of my core memories that I’m very grateful for.

I’m fortunate that through personally experiencing all the cultural and historical significance that exists within Israel, I’ve gained a true appreciation for why Israel is such a special country. We must make sure it’s safe and continues to thrive.

I’m overwhelmed by feelings of sadness, deep concern and frustration for the current situation in Israel. As an American Jew, watching what’s unfolding in Israel is beyond terrible. I couldn’t stand back watching the situation - so I found a way to help and make a difference.

I created a fundraiser through Jewish National Fund, an organization that since 1901, has been building a strong, secure and prosperous Israel. Some examples of their past work are: planting trees, creating agricultural research farms, building homes and parks, etc…

Right now, the urgent and important needs this JNF donation will help fund are:

- Evacuating families from Gaza border communities to safer places
- Providing them with necessary supplies such as bedding, soap and shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste, deodorant, socks, etc.
- Providing firefighting and protective equipment to manage the ongoing rocket fire which is destroying homes, farms, infrastructure, and businesses.
- Providing high-quality and tailored psychological treatment for civilians, including children, who have experienced this catastrophe firsthand.
- Providing respite activities for the children traumatized by terror.
- Finding and procuring scarce and vital security-related protective equipment including vests, helmets, tactical clothing, medical supplies, SAT phones and more

Please help provide support for the incredible state of Israel.
