The Jewish National Fund-USA Reimagine the North Campaign
Since October 8, 2023 – the day after the worst atrocity inflicted upon the Jewish people since the Holocaust – Hezbollah launched a steady stream of missiles and drones at communities in the north, forcing the evacuation of nearly 120,000 residents who are scattered from Eilat to Tiberias. Some were officially evacuated, some left voluntarily, and some have not been able to leave and are still living there. Each missile is destroying a home or threatening a life. We have been with them every step of the way and now we need to let them know we will always be with them.
Hatzor Haglilit is one such town on Israel's northern border, just south of the mandatory evacuations. This means that it doesn't receive government funds that evacuated communities receive.
Funds Raised Through This Page Will Go To Hatzor Haglilit And Address the Following Needs:
1. Psychological Support for Youth and At-Risk Youth – Mental health assistance and professional intervention to improve personal and social well-being.
- $300,000 (For Services for 600 children per year).
2. Support for the "Cyber City" Educational Program – A multi-layered, multi-age initiative from kindergarten to 12th grade, providing access to advanced technologies for children and youth. The program will take place in a new Innovation Center, aiming to bridge the gap between the center and the periphery and offer equal opportunities for all.
- $150,000 Annually To Run Program
3. Improving Infrastructure Damaged by the War – Restoration of sports fields and strengthening and renovating existing shelters to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
4. Recreational Activities for Children, Youth, and At-Risk Youth – Creating safe and enriching spaces for leisure after a year of war, aimed at enhancing mental and social resilience.

Israelis are feeling like Oct. 7 was their 9/11 – yet proportionally at a per-capita scale 6x the magnitude. This attack has decimated many communities, but they will never destroy our spirit.
