Beeri Emergency Relief: Rebuilding Lives, Restoring Hope

Kibbutz Be'eri

Kibbutz Be'eri

Beeri was established in 1946 as one of the first settlements in the Negev on the envelope of the Gaza Strip by the values of the Zionist idea of sharing the work together to build the land of Israel.
In October, in the morning, Kibbutz Beeri was brutally attacked by hundreds of Hamas and ISIS terrorists who had only one goal - to murder every Jew and Israeli they encountered and destroy all the houses. Those hundreds of murderers burned, looted, slaughtered, abused, kidnapped, and killed more than 150 people from Kibbutz Be'eri - children were left orphans, women widowed, and families shattered.
We now bear the weight of sorrow. Every resident has lost a close family member, and 400 families are grappling with physical and mental wounds. We have been forced to evacuate to hotels across Israel, living as refugees in our own land, uncertain about when we can return home.
Yet, in the face of this tragedy, our spirit remains unbroken. We refuse to let any terrorist organization drive us away or destroy our community. We are determined to rise from these ashes, stronger and more resilient than ever before.

What We Need:
Educational Continuity and Sustainability: We must rebuild educational structures for our children, providing staff for formal and informal education, counselors for special needs, and after-school activities.
Mental Health Support: A team of 40 professionals is on-site 18 hours a day, providing essential mental health support. We anticipate government assistance after this emergency period, but immediate funding is critical.
Community Rehabilitation: Financial autonomy for families and mobility solutions for essential activities like funerals and family reunions are vital. We also need recreational activities for the community and tailored support for couples and families.

How You Can Help:
Your support is a lifeline for us. With your assistance, we can create personal security for our residents and help our community heal. Together, we can rebuild hope and restore lives.

Join us in Rebuilding Lives, Restoring Hope:
Together, we are stronger. Together, we can make a difference.
With heartfelt gratitude and hope,
