Feeding our Brothers and Sisters in Israel

Here at La Boîte we work to inspire how people think about, cook, and experience food. As a food company, we are asking for support in this tragic time to support our friends at Ha'achim who have organized over 90 restaurants volunteering to cook and feed soldiers, victims, volunteers, medical workers, and anyone in need of food.
We thank all of our friends and our La Boite family in advance for the food, friendship, and continued love and support as we work together to support our brothers and sisters in Israel during this crisis.
Food is our way of expressing love, history, culture, connection, healing, and hope.
See more from Ha'achim below:
Dear friends, In these darkest of days, when tens of thousands of families were forced to leave their homes, and hundreds of thousands of our best daughters and sons are serving in the Israeli army, the whole country has become one front and the civil society shares the burden.
Dozens of restaurants, big and small, are preparing tens of thousands of dishes every day and delivering them to soldiers, to the families of those injured and hospitalized, and to civilians who fled their homes on the border of the Gaza strip. The requests for food are handled, cooked, and distributed through a large network of volunteering civilians.
To keep this whole operation going on during the war, considerable funds are necessary. These donations are not used to pay the volunteering restaurants but to buy needed ingredients and supplies.
Yotam and Assaf Doktor, own "HA'ACHIM" (the Brothers) restaurant in Tel Aviv. Yotam is a member of "KESEM HA'TZORAA", a charitable organization formed and operated by veterans of the Apachi helicopters unit in the Israeli air force. Donations are tax deductible under Section 46 of the Israeli Tax Ordinance.
