On October 7, 2023, our friends, family, and colleagues in Israel had their world turned upside down. In the wake of the terror attacks, life has not yet returned to normal for our 400 Israeli Bobbers. At HiBob, we are dedicated to supporting the impacted communities.

We have chosen to donate to JNF, Jewish National Fund. JNF is an apolitical, non-military organization focused on humanitarian work. They are on the ground with communities in the south of Israel devastated by the attacks, ensuring immediate needs are met and future requirements are fulfilled. Part of the work JNF is doing to show support for impacted communities is:

· Evacuating 10,000 residents from Gaza border communities to safer places and providing those people with necessary supplies such as bedding, toiletries, clothing, etc.
· Providing firefighting and protective equipment for civil defense – the first responders to community emergencies.
· Providing high-quality psychological treatment for civilians, including children, who have experienced this catastrophe firsthand.
· Providing respite activities for the children traumatized by terror - helping them focus on being kids and finding that joy in their lives again.
· Going from home to home in the cities of Sderot, Ofakim, and Arad to help the elderly, the infirmed, and the needy with food and medicine.
· Physically rebuilding the infrastructure within the communities devastated by the attacks.
· Caring for the children whose parents are on the Ovda Airforce Base in the Negev so the parents can continue their vital work knowing their children are safe.
