The more they hate - the more we DONATE! This fundraiser seeks to raise $14,000 (one-thousand dollars for every day of the Columbia protestors' encampment) as a way to throw light over the darkness they created. This fundraiser is meant to honor people everywhere who truly require global support and humanitarian aid for their survival, including over 100,000 Israeli citizens who are currently displaced. Columbia University shamefully allowed a hateful mob to take over its campus and harass Jewish students and faculty with a 14-day encampment. This encampment was neither peaceful nor peace-seeking. Protest leader Johanna King-Slutzky, a self described Marxist and Professional Activist, demeaned the meaning of humanitarian aid when she demanded that the University and law enforcement provide provisions as "humanitarian aid" for the protestors, who she claimed were at risk of starvation and death from dehydration. This was a self-manufactured, artificial crisis. Such a mockery of actual humanitarian crises goes against Jewish values. This fundraiser will provide resources to Israelis - Jewish, Secular, Arab, Muslim, Druze, and Christian - who are suffering because of the tyranny and violence of terrorist groups like Hamas and Hezbollah. This individual page is not created by Jewish National Fund. But below is a statement regarding the crisis and how they are responding:
Jewish National Fund is on the ground with communities in the south devastated by the attacks, ensuring immediate needs are met and future requirements are fulfilled. We have worked closely with these southern communities for decades. We know them better than anyone else, and will be there when they start to rebuild their lives in the future. Am Yisrael Chai.
