Ed Kitain - a great man and a dear friend. Ed passed away Sunday, September 27th after his long and brave fight with cancer. He lost that last battle, but he won so many hearts by being a great and generous friend to endless number of people fortunate to have known Ed. These are trying days for the family and it is important time for us, who loved and will remember him, to come together and show our support and sympathy. Alina Kitain told me this morning that Ed planned a visit to Israel in 2014. His illness got in the way and they never went. A great life ended so unfairly early, but what is a better symbol of life than a tree. I want to contribute to planting trees in Israel. May they grow in Ed Kitain's memory!
