In Memory of Brett Stephen Nadler

Hard to believe it is two years now since you've been gone. 30 years ago, I gave birth to the most beautiful baby boy with huge dimples and the biggest brown eyes! Jennifer named him Brett! Brett Stephen Nadler. Throughout Brett's life, he had the kindest soul with such a passion for animals. When he was a little boy, he would bring home wounded birds and beg me to save them. No animal was a stranger to Brett, he would feed coyotes and play with monkeys. So very inquisitive, always wanting to know why! I never met anybody who could play devils advocate better than him. Brett had an ear for language, he learned Hebrew faster than any student, he spoke Spanish fluently and even learned a little Japanese. All Birthday and Mother's day cards he sent me were in Spanish. He would always set the language on our tv's to Spanish. HE LOVED MUSIC and would make up and sing silly songs. He wanted to travel the world, he loved exploring new places. He loved climbing trees and exploring nature. Fortunately, he was able to travel to Israel, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Panama, Nicaragua, Mexico, Virgin Islands and study a semester in Costa Rica. He truly loved life so very much and was never afraid to try any new adventure. Brett could put a smile to anyone's frown with his silly laugh and funny shenanigans. He is remembered for the true person he was, not the disease. I am asking all his friends and family to do something fun that Brett loved to do, whatever your best memory of him might be. Do something kind for someone. Do this for Brett. Although he is not physically here for his 30th Birthday, he is all around: he will forever be in my heart and I will forever be his voice (even though he made fun of my verbiage) I love and miss you Brett.

Please help me support Jewish National Fund by making a contribution to my fundraiser and sharing this page with your family and friends. Every dollar I raise will help the memory of my loved one live on and help to support the land and people of Israel. The donations and Tzedakah I raise for my loved one are so meaningful to me.
