My mother, Louise Jacobson, was an incredible woman to the end. My mother lived her life on her terms. She was as tough as they come, but her generosity had no end for the ones she loved. Her family was everything and nothing meant more to her than making them happy. To describe my mother in mere words is an impossible task. I can only ask that anyone reading this understand that my mother was the epitome of someone who provided unconditional love to her loved ones.
