Phil passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2023, after a short illness.
He was born on November 28, 1943, in the Bronx, New York, to Max and Jean Brodie. After graduating from Evander Childs High School in the Bronx, he went on to get a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Baruch College in New York City.
He served in the Artillery Branch of the United States Army Reserves, and was Honorably Discharged with the rank of Sergeant.
After his Service, he began a career in Direct Mail and Marketing, and founded several businesses which he owned and ran until his passing.
He served as a Director on several Boards, including the New York Board of the non-profit, Jewish National Fund.
He was an avid golfer and a die-hard fan of the New York Yankees and New York Giants.
He was loved and will be missed by the whole family.
