Hi,

To honor my grandfather's memory and his amazing life accomplishments, I am embarking on a mission to plant as many trees as possible in Israel.
My grandfather escaped the Holocaust on an orphan boat by assuming another child's identity that had been killed. He arrived in Israel in 1941, and shortly thereafter, joined the Haganah/Palmach and fought for its independence. I am looking to honor his memory for the sacrifices he made for us.
