AVNET KLEINER
The adoption of the ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran Rehabilitation Village by the Israeli community of Bergen County is a natural continuation of our communal social responsibility. The values advanced by the village, where each individual is seen as deserving the best possible quality of life, are founded on unconditional love and reflect the principles that our community wishes to promote.
For this reason, the Bergen County Israeli community by Orna Jackson chose to adopt the village. The connection between our community and the village will focus on a number of areas including: supporting development of inspirational activities by village staff; adopting and forming personal connections with village residents; raising funds to support therapeutic safari activity including canine, equine and goat therapies and more; and subsidizing internship volunteering opportunities at the village for youth from the Bergen County Israeli community who are interested in studying and working in medical fields.
This campaign aims to raise US$ 25,000 to provide equine, canine, fowl and goat therapeutic activities for village residents.
