I’m so excited to share that I will be going abroad and attending the Alexander Muss High School in Israel from January 22 to March 18, 2026! During this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, I’ll continue my high school studies while immersing myself in Israeli culture, language, and history.

As part of this incredible experience, I am proud to participate in the Dream Israel Teen Initiative and raise funds for meaningful projects that support communities across Israel. The Jewish National Fund (JNF) works tirelessly to improve the lives of Israelis in countless ways, and the funds raised by participating teens go directly toward several vital initiatives.

For my fundraising project, I have chosen to support the Sderot Indoor Recreation Center. Families living in Sderot—along Israel’s border with the Gaza Strip—have lived under the constant threat of rocket fire for more than a decade. Because residents must always be within 15 seconds of a bomb shelter, the JNF created this unique indoor recreation center, built with 300 tons of steel to ensure the children’s safety. Inside, it’s filled with joy: a rock climbing wall, soccer field, computer labs, dance studios, and more—offering kids a sense of normalcy and a place to simply be kids.

By reaching my fundraising goal, I’ll not only help support this life-changing project, but I’ll also receive a grant from JNF to help fund my own educational journey in Israel. This will give me the chance to meet the very people whose lives are being transformed through our efforts.
