Hi everyone,
I have an incredible opportunity to attend Alexander Muss High School in Israel (AMHSI) for an intensive 8-week academic program this winter, and I’m writing to ask for your support in making it happen. This is far more than just a trip, it is a true "living classroom," where learning happens not just in lecture halls, but through direct engagement with the land and its history. My peers and I will be trekking through deserts, hiking mountains like Masada, and exploring historical sites firsthand.
To earn my way there, I’m fundraising for a cause I deeply believe in: The Arava Institute. Arava is a premier research center in Israel's Arava Desert that actively brings together students from across borders in the Middle East (and all over the world) to solve shared environmental challenges like water scarcity and pairs students with farmers to learn about arid climate agriculture. Students take this knowledge back to their own communities to help them thrive.
This is where your support has double the impact. Through the Jewish National Fund (JNF), every dollar I raise for Arava’s vital peace-building work will be matched to help fund my tuition for this program. Any contribution you can make will directly support environmental cooperation in the Middle East and enable me to access this life-changing educational experience.
My video below shares why I am fundraising for the Arava Institute.
Thank you for considering it!
