My Dream Israel: Teen Travel Initiative by JNF Fundraising Page

Shalom! I am excited to be participating in the Dream Israel Teen Initiative and raising funds for important projects in Israel. Jewish National Fund is supporting Israel and Israelis in a number of different ways. The money that participating teens are raising will go towards funding several important initiatives: Inclusion for Israel’s special needs population, support for the Sderot Indoor Recreation Center, Israel’s Fire and Rescue Services, Environmental Studies scholarships for students at the Arava Institute and AICAT, and for Project Baseball.
If I meet my fundraising goal, JNF will provide me with a grant towards my own Israel travel experience ensuring my opportunity to meet Israelis whose lives have been changed due to our support, and to explore my own connection to the land and people of Israel.
I have been admitted to Alexander Muss High School in Israel for the Spring Semester of this academic year. I am looking forward to four months of intensive study and touring the land with like minded teenagers from across the country.
My project is the Sderot Indoor Recreation Center

Families living on Israel's border with the Gaza Strip have under fire for more than ten years. Never knowing when the next rocket attack will occur, they must always be within 15 seconds of a bomb shelter. The Jewish National Fund Indoor Recreation Center has brought a sense of normalcy to children in the region – outfitted with a rock- climbing wall, soccer field, computer labs, dance studio and more, it has been retrofitted with 300 tons of steel so children can be safe in play areas that double as bomb shelters!
Please consider supporting this important initiative and my efforts to meet my fundraising goal.
Thanks for your support of these worthy projects!
Love,
