Jewish National Fund is supporting Israel and Israelis in a number of different ways. The money that participating teens are raising will go towards funding several important initiatives but mine will be towards children in Sderot, Israel. The city lies next to the Gaza border, and kids in Sderot need to be within 15 seconds of a bomb shelter at all times incase of a missile attack because of there close location and people there are very traumatized from October 7th. The money I raise will go to the city and help build play areas and things like that which also double as bomb shelters so kids in Sderot can live more happy and normal lives.
