I am excited to be participating in the Dream Israel Teen Initiative and raising funds for important projects in Israel. Jewish National Fund is supporting Israel and Israelis in a number of different ways.
I am choosing my fundraising to be directed to those with Disabilities and Special Needs which is so important to making Israel accessible to all. The inclusion of people with disabilities and special needs into Israeli society is a fundamental Jewish value. Fundraise for projects that integrate special needs individuals into the Israeli army (IDF), support adults with the most severe developmental disabilities throughout their lifespan to live independently and receive support services, provide therapeutic horseback riding to children and adults with disabilities, and, make parks and nature accessible to people with physical and visual impairments, children on the autism spectrum and those using wheelchairs.

If I meet my fundraising goal, JNF will provide me with a grant towards my own Israel travel experience at Alexander Muss High School which will allow me to study for 4 months in Israel and give me the opportunity to meet Israelis whose lives have been changed due to our support. This way I will get to explore my own connection to the land and people of Israel. Please consider supporting this important initiative and my efforts to meet my fundraising goal.
