My Dream Israel: Supporting Children in Need of a Safe Play Space

I am excited to be participating in the Dream Israel Teen Initiative and raising funds for the Sderot Indoor Recreation Center. The Sderot Indoor Recreation Center is a safe place for children in danger of missile attacks in Israel from the nearby Gaza Strip.
The recreation center is outfitted with a rock-climbing wall, soccer field, computer labs, dance studio and more so kids can be active, play with friends and be safe at the same time. The Sderot facility has been retrofitted with 300 tons of steel so it doubles as a play area and bomb shelter.
The money I help raise for the Sderot Indoor Recreation Center will go directly to the project and the up to 3,000 children and families served. If I meet my fundraising goal, JNF will provide me with a grant towards my upcoming Spring 2023 semester at Alexander Muss High School in Hod Hasharon, Israel.
