Helping people with disabilities live their fullest lives is something that is very important to me. Here in the U.S., I am the treasurer of Best Buddies at my high school, an organization that provides opportunities to those with disabilities. I am now also participating in the Dream Israel Teen Initiative and raising funds to help encourage the inclusivity of Israeli citizens with special needs. The money raised can support their acceptance into the IDF and help them live fulfilling lives as independently as possible. The organization is doing this by creating playgrounds and parks accessible to people in wheelchairs and providing activities like therapeutic horseback riding to people with disabilities.

The funds will go directly towards a charity to help these individuals, and the JNF is generously providing a stipend towards a trip to Israel for the students who fundraise for the charity. Any donation would be appreciated by both me and these organizations.
