I am excited to participate in the Dream Israel Teen Initiative to raise funds for important projects in Israel. Jewish National Fund is supporting Israel and Israelis in a number of different ways. The money that I'm raising will go towards funding Environmental Studies scholarships for students at the Arava Institute and AICAT. These programs are preparing future leaders from Israel, Palestine, Jordan, and around the world to work cooperatively together to solve the regional and global problems of our time. They study how to grow food in arid climates, organic farming, and alternative energy while supporting their community and learning peace building strategies.

If I meet my fundraising goal, JNF will provide me with a grant towards my semester abroad in Israel on the Alexander Muss High School in Israel program, ensuring my opportunity to meet Israelis whose lives have been changed due to our support and to explore my own connection to the land and people of Israel.
