I am excited to be participating in the Dream Israel Teen Initiative and raise funds for important projects in Israel. As I get ready for my semester in Israel (January 2026), I am excited for the opportunity to help Jewish National Fund raise money for their Livnot B'Yachad (Build Together) project. Through this program, I am raising money to help rebuild communities in the Gaza Envelope that were badly impacted by the terrorist attack of October 7, 2023. These funds will help displaced residents return to secure and beautiful communities. Working side by side with residents, Livnot B'Yachad is working to:

- Restore and expand housing
- Provide mental health and trauma support
- Equip civil defense and firefighting teams
- Provide support to small businesses and local farmers
- Build community centers, schools, and sports complexes to ensure quality of life

I am looking forward to visiting the Gaza Envelope next Spring to see how JNF Livnot B'Yachad is restoring the communities. More than anything, I look forward to showing my support by being with the people in Israel, showing them that we stand together, and by raising awareness for important causes.

If I meet my fundraising goal of $5,000, JNF will provide me with a grant towards my own Israel travel experience, ensuring my opportunity to meet Israelis whose lives have been changed due to our support, and to explore my own connection to the land and people of Israel.
