Next semester I'll be on study abroad program in Israel called Tichon Ramah Yerushalayim, or TRY for short. I’m so excited to spend four months learning and growing in Israel, but I need your help to get me there.

Through Dream Israel Teen Travel Initiative, I have the opportunity to raise money for my trip next semester as well as support a cause I care deeply about. I chose the program Livnot B'yachad or Build Together, which is a strategic initiative to rebuild communities that were destroyed on October 7th. Livnot B'yachad encourages those who fled their homes after October 7th to return and foster a safe, peaceful environment.

This cause is especially meaningful to me as my mom, my sister, and I traveled to Israel only three months after October 7th on a volunteer trip. We met survivors whose houses had been destroyed and heard their stories of how they’d been forced to leave their homes. Livnot B'yachad is actively working to help resettle people like the ones we met on our trip, and it’s incredibly important that they feel safe enough to return home.

Here’s where you come in: My goal is to raise $5,000 for Livnot B'yachad, and if I reach this goal, JNF will help support my trip to Israel. Any contribution would go a long way towards helping me reach my goal. If you’re unable to donate, sharing my fundraiser with others would also mean a lot to me. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me at liorafieldman@gmail.com. Thank you so much for helping me support Livnot B'yachad and my trip to Israel!
