In the Gaza Strip and its surroundings, everyone is always within 15 seconds of a bomb shelter. Due to constant bombing, this is a requirement for the survival of millions of people. This fundraiser goes towards building playgrounds in those bomb shelters, so children are able to feel some sense of normalcy. These playgrounds are outfitted with rock climbing walls, soccer fields, computer labs, dance studios, and more.

If I meet my fundraising goal, JNF will provide me with a grant towards my own Israel travel experience, ensuring my opportunity to meet Israelis whose lives have been changed due to our support, and to explore my own connection to the land and people of Israel.
