My dream is to spend the Spring 2027 semester attending Alexander Muss High School in Israel. I would have the opportunity to live in Israel, strengthen my Hebrew, experience the culture, become more independent, and deepen my connection to my Jewish heritage.

Through Dream Israel, a Jewish National Fund-USA program, I have the opportunity to help make that dream possible while also raising money for a meaningful project in Israel. Dream Israel allows teens to fundraise for projects they care about while earning tuition assistance toward eligible Israel study programs.

My goal is to raise $5,000, and reaching that goal will provide me with $15,000 in tuition assistance toward my semester in Israel.

For my Dream Israel project, I chose to support programs that benefit individuals with disabilities in Israel. Of all the projects I could have chosen, this one immediately felt personal to me.

I serve as President of Best Buddies at my high school, where I work to promote friendship, inclusion, and opportunities for people of all abilities. Best Buddies has shown me how much it matters for everyone to feel included, valued, and like they belong. I love that through Dream Israel, I can support a cause in Israel that reflects something I already care so deeply about at home.

My Jewish identity is another important part of who I am. Through BBYO, CTeen, and years as both a Hebrew school student and teacher, I have developed a deep love for Judaism, Hebrew, and Israel. Attending the CTeen International Convention strengthened my pride in my Jewish identity and made me want to continue learning, growing, and building my own connection with Israel.

For me, spending a semester in Israel would be so much more than studying abroad. It would be a chance to experience my heritage in a completely new way, grow as a person, and contribute to a cause that reflects my passion for inclusion.

Every donation helps me move closer to my $5,000 fundraising goal. If I reach that goal, I will receive $15,000 in tuition assistance to help make my semester in Israel possible.
