As Co-Chair for the Jewish National Fund Fire & Rescue Task Force which works to protect Israel’s citizens and forests from the dangers of fire with the purchase of fire trucks, creation of firefighter training programs, and other fire protection necessities, I’m challenging my friends, family and colleagues to join me in raising money for a much needed Fire Wagon. I will personally match up to $14,250 to help secure a new Fire Wagon to be used in the Eschol region along the border with Gaza.

Why is a Fire Wagon so needed in the Eschol Region? Rockets and incendiary devices continue to be launched into this region putting thousands of people at risk along with many acres of agricultural crops being destroyed. The topography in this region makes it very difficult for a large fire trucks to navigate the land to get to these fires in a timely matter; thus, creating the need for Fire Wagons which can be hitched to any vehicle.


I am asking you, my friend, to join me to fund this much need emergency vehicle with your generous gift to Jewish National Fund.
