Friends,
When we joined Jewish National Fund on a mission to Israel to volunteer last March, we never expected to be so rewarded. We met incredibly strong, determined, resilient Israeli's who choose to fight and to live, but they need our help in many ways. The one way we have chosen to help is by raising money towards rebuilding the Gaza/Israel envelope, specifically the southern kibbutz communities that are closest to the Gaza border. We all know how savagely they were attacked and brutalized. We are determined to help them return to their homes. JNF, the Zionist organization that was founded in 1901 by Theodore Herzl, was initially known for planting trees in Israel. Today they do so much more. With a focus on supporting communities thru projects like building hospitals, schools and bomb shelters, community centers and facilities for those physically and emotionally challenged, in addition to indoor playgrounds in areas where children have only seconds to get to a shelter when sirens go off; we witnessed firsthand just some of the very many things JNF supports.
Please help by donating to JNF thru the link below where the money raised will go specifically to rebuilding the Gaza/Israel envelope communities so they can return home. With your generous help, we hope to raise $100,000.
