JNF's Westchester Mom's Circle is a strong community of local women who learn and grow together. In this year of profound need, we have been endlessly inspired by the strength and resiliency displayed by JNF's partners in Israel. While we can't travel to Israel and show our support in person, we are so proud to be raising money in support of the Playschool Kingdom in Eshkol, which is within the Gaza Envelope. In addition, because May is Women's Month ALL DONATIONS WILL BE MATCHED! Now is the best time to show our support for the children in this region.

Overview: The Eshkol Region is located on the border of Gaza & Egypt, and has endured continual attacks for over 17 years from rocket fire and infiltrations through terror tunnels. Many community members, especially children, struggle with ongoing trauma and stress.
Strategy: To make a lasting difference in the area, JNF is building the Playschool Kingdom, a facility that will provide children with a safe indoor playground and innovative learning center. The Playschool Kingdom will help bring a sense of normalcy to local families, who are often impacted by the stress of having to go from everyday life immediately into emergency mode in a matter of seconds.
Play, Learn, and Create: Because children must always be 15 seconds away from a bomb shelter at all times, the Playschool Kingdom provides a safe and welcoming space in which to thrive. The facility will offer innovative learning experiences that integrate play with education, while developing creativity, communication and collaboration skills. It will help ensure that children build healthy life skills and mature into high-functioning adults who reach their potential.
$1,000 provides one year of access to the Playschool Kingdom for one student
$1,800 provides one year of access to the Playschool Kingdom and materials for a 3-D printing enrichment class -- therapy meets technology course!
