Yedidya, born in Gush Katif and now living in Halutza, has dedicated his life to serving Israel, both in the IDF and in building the Western Negev. In 2022, he founded Emunah Matzah Bakery in Netivot, crafting matzah from locally grown wheat and Jerusalem water. His mission is to provide not just delicious matzah, but also a livelihood for his workers and a connection to Israel’s spirit of faith and resilience.
