Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. After speaking with a representative at JNF I really felt like this cause was important to me. I love playing basketball and am lucky enough to play with my friends 4 days a week in a gym where we feel safe and protected. Unfortunately for kids living in communities on the Gaza border, they never have this feeling of being safe. On October 7th a rocket hit a playing field in their community.

Because of their location near the Gazan and Egyptian borders, the region of Halutza is particularly susceptible to terror, and residents – especially children – often suffer from PTSD and other anxiety disorders. Children make up 68% of the population in this community.

JNF-USA is in the final stages of building an all-purpose sports complex in Halutza. This complex will have the ability to house lacrosse, soccer, football, and other team sports. The covered structure includes an attached bomb shelter large enough to hold the capacity of the stadium.

The stadium is $25,000 away from completion of Phase A, which I am proud to be fundraising for in honor of my Bar Mitzvah. Help me support Jewish National Fund by making a contribution to my fundraiser and sharing this page with your family and friends. I personally will be donating $100 from my own money to help support the cause.

Thank you so much in advance for your support!
