Welcome to the wedding of Dr. Leonard J. Pianko and Malka Ben Zehavi Porges!
We are thrilled to share our special day with you, and thank you for your love and support. Instead of bringing a gift, we ask that you consider donating to a therapeutic treatment program for children, women, and adults, many of who lost their fathers and husbands, in the Shlomit settlement, along the Gaza border. This program was established following the tragic events of October 7th.
About the Treatment Program
The treatment program is designed to provide emotional support and psychological care to the residents of Shlomit, both children and adults, who have faced trauma and loss since October 7th. The aim of the program is to create a safe and understanding therapeutic environment where everyone can receive the care and support they need to heal and grow stronger.
How Your Donation Will Help
Your donations will help fund therapy sessions with professional therapists, group healing workshops, and supportive activities such as art and occupational therapy. Every contribution will help restore hope and smiles to the residents of Shlomit.

תכנית הטיפולים נועדה לספק תמיכה רגשית וטיפול נפשי לתושבי היישוב שלומית, ילדים ומבוגרים כאחד, שהתמודדו עם טראומות ואובדן בעקבות האירועים הקשים. מטרת התכנית היא ליצור סביבה טיפולית בטוחה ומבינה, שבה כל אחד יקבל את הטיפול והסיוע שהוא זקוק לו בכדי להתחזק ולהתמודד עם הקשיים.

התרומות שלכם יסייעו במימון מפגשי טיפול עם מטפלים מקצועיים, סדנאות ריפוי קבוצתיות, ופעילויות תומכות כמו אמנות וריפוי בעיסוק. כל תרומה, קטנה כגדולה, תעזור להחזיר את התקווה והחיוך לתושבי שלומית.
