MAKOM Celebrates Israel @ 75
Beth Cohn
Beth Cohn
MAKOM is a coalition of diverse communities focused on empowering and revitalizing their towns and villages in the Negev and Galilee. MAKOM develops local leaders who initiate critical programs that engage their communities, thus strengthening the peoples of Israel.
MAKOM Communities represents 250 communities throughout Israel whose common purpose is to make life better for all who live in there. There are MAKOM Communities that represent all segments of the Israeli population - Jews, Bedouins, Druze, Religious, Secular, Ethiopian, Mountain Jews and more.
Israel @ 75 wouldn't be possible without the diversity and tenacity the MAKOM Communities represent. As with the pioneers - the halutzim - of so many years ago, MAKOM volunteers see what needs to be done around them to make life better - and they just do it. Be a part of the future of Israel - support MAKOM today!
During this momentous time of celebrating modern Israel @ 75, we are asking you to make a donation in multiples of $75. Whether you can donate $75 or $7,500, every dollar you donate goes to MAKOM's work in supporting their volunteer communities as they change Israeli society from within by addressing the unique needs of each town and village in partnership with the larger community.
Cheers to Israel @ 75 and here's to another 75 years!
