As part of my upcoming Bar Mitzvah, I’ve chosen to raise money for a cause that is very important to one of my key values - Zionism. Zionism is the belief that Jewish people - my people - deserve a safe place to call home. This is a value that is a big part of me because I strongly identify with Israel due to me being Jewish myself and knowing that everyone deserves a community of their own. With JNF, I’m raising money to help protect communities in Israel. Since JNF was founded in 1901, they have supported a variety of initiatives in Israel, ranging from planting trees to building schools. I’m using my bar mitzvah as an opportunity to raise money because the whole idea of JNF is to support the Jewish nation, and what better way to do that than to do it while becoming a grown Jewish adult? They have already made a huge impact - and will continue to with enough funding. Help me support people in need by donating to this page and sharing it with your friends and family.
