Hi! This is Lila and Gideon and we are excited to be participating in the Dream Israel Teen Initiative and raising funds for important projects in Israel. Jewish National Fund (JNF) is supporting Israel and Israelis in a number of different ways.

The money we are raising will go towards funding and supporting the Sderot Indoor Recreation Center. Sderot is a city in Israel near the Gaza Strip where rockets are very common from tension with the Palestinians who live nearby. This center helps families and their children safely participate in recreational activities; as 300 tons of steel protects the building.

If we meet our fundraising goal, JNF will provide a grant towards our own Israel travel experience in Alexander Muss High School in Israel (AMHSI), where we will spend 6 weeks learning and exploring our own connection to the land and people of Israel.
