Kibbutz Be'eri
Stronger Than Before: Rebuild Kibbutz Be’eri
From Tragedy to Post-Traumatic Growth
On October 7th, 2023, Kibbutz Be’eri faced its darkest hour, losing 99 beloved members. For over 900 days, our community has lived in displacement. Today, as we enter 2026, the 80th anniversary of Be’eri’s founding, we are no longer defined by what was lost, but by our unwavering mission to return home.
The Mission: Building the Bridge Home
We are not just rebuilding walls; we are rebuilding lives. Through our "Be’eri Plus (+)" standard, we are creating a national model for communal resilience, integrating trauma-informed design and advanced security into every public structure.
The Financial Roadmap:
Total Reconstruction: $150 Million.
•
Secured Funding: $113M (Israeli Government) + $23M (Philanthropy).
•
Current Goal: We must close the immediate financial gap for our Capital Projects to ensure our families can return in Summer 2027.
•
Your leadership will anchor the essential foundations required for our return.
Hope is a Responsibility!
For the pioneers of the Negev, hope is not a slogan; it’s a responsibility. We invite you to be our partner in this historic recovery. Your support is the bridge that brings Be’eri home - Stronger Than Before.
