AMHSI Fall 2024
AMHSI Fall 2024
As we arrive at the one year anniversary of October 7th, Israel is still at war with it's enemies. 101 hostages are still in Gaza, and over 50,000 Israelis from the north are still displaced.
Across the ocean, the American Jewish community is also facing unprecedented threats. Anti-Semitic incidents are crazy high. Israel's detractors are vocal and aggressive. And there is an intense battle being waged for the hearts and minds of American youth.
How do we succeed in the face of such challenges?

Why is Muss so important? Watch what the current students are saying below.
Now, more than ever, is the time to double down on Muss.
It is no secret that long-term, educational programs in Israel for high-school age students, have a tremendous impact on Jewish identity and connection to Israel. Yet whereas 25 years ago, 19,300 teens annually went to Israel for 5 weeks or more, that number on the eve of October 7th stood at only 3,300.
Since October 7th, a steady flow of AMHSI alumni have reached out to their former teachers. These alumni, who span multiple generations, express angst in the face of rising Anti-Semitism and a sense of aloneness in being staunchly pro-Israel. However, in the same breath, these alumni are also sharing the actions they have been taking to advocate for Israel.
In a time of unprecedented challenges for the Jewish people, Muss is the answer--now, and for the future.
Please support us in helping to secure the survival of the Jewish people and our connection with the Land of Israel.
