This August, the Team Israel Thunderbirds will travel to Hungary to compete in the 2026 European Cup Winners Cup, one of Europe's premier women's softball club competitions. The tournament brings together top teams from across the continent and provides an important international stage for our athletes to compete while proudly representing Israel.

On a personal note, softball has been a part of my life forever. I lost touch with the sport during Covid and after playing collegiately. This tournament is meaningful to me as a way to reconnect with this part of myself and help unify individuals after the tragic events of October 7th, 2023. I am proud to represent resilience for the country I was born in. Playing a sport amongst players internationally unites individuals with different religions and perspectives in a way the world really needs right now.

With limited government funding available, participation in international competition depends heavily on the support of family, friends, and generous donors. Your contribution helps cover travel, accommodations, training, equipment, and tournament expenses, ensuring that our athletes can focus on competing at the highest level.
